As a graduate of Salford University, Nadine Rankin started her career in tour operation at Intasun Holidays, before moving to Kuoni Travel as the Product Executive for the Caribbean and Florida. She joined AMG in 1993 in an account management and new business development role, and became the company MD in 2005. She now oversees the team of directors and managers, and continues to have day to day involvement in the relationships with AMG's clients, and the sales and marketing activities, carried out on their behalf.
Nadine is a trustee of the CHTA Education Foundation and sits on the board of the Caribbean Tourism Organisation (CTO) UK Chapter and the Association of National Tourist Offices & Representatives.
Darren Pearson – is a former contract negotiator at TUI UK and brings with him a deep understanding of the commercial imperatives of our clients and the big tour operators. He drives rate strategy for some of our hotels and manages a number of our tour operator and client relationships. With over 30 years of travel industry experience, Stephen Smith has worked for a variety of companies, including The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, Beachcomber Tours and Maritim Hotels. He has worked in Sales and Marketing as well as Business Development, and this has enabled him to forge long lasting business relationships across the travel industry. This experience is a key asset in working for the destination of Tobago, as Account Manager.
With over 10 years travel industry experience Kristina Baltrusyte has worked for several key Luxury UK Tour Operators, specialising in the Caribbean, Middle East and Indian Ocean. She has travelled excessively across the Caribbean for both work and on many personal adventures, also attending the Bahamas Educational trip which was organised by AMG.
Kristina has a degree in Sociology as well as MA in Tourism Management and also has previous experience in Luxury Travel Sales, giving Kristina a broad understanding and knowledge of both the Tour Operators needs and that of the clients/hotels needs.
Sangita Makwana, our Account Director for the Middle East and Africa, has over 20 years of destination and hotel promotion experience having worked for Kimpton Hotels, Arizona Office of Tourism, Oman Tourism and Dubai Tourism. Sangita started her career in aviation, with Ethiopian Airlines and bWIA, and went on to work for almost 10 years for Air Jamaica. Being Tanzania- born and bred, Sangita has a great love of southern and east Africa.
